Labor Plus PM Coverage Sciex LCMS Service and Maintenance Contract -Yearly

Labor Plus PM 

This Program includes the cost of all labor for 1 Standard Preventative maintenance and a 6 month ion source cleaning, as well as labor for all other repairs that occur while under agreement subject to conditions of service (Section 9) for the contract year. All parts will be purchased by customer including pm parts at customers expense. All labor will be performed by CQ or its subcontractors according to established CQ procedure.  Purchase of the extended labor option does not excuse Customer from performing normal daily, weekly, or monthly maintenance that may be required. 

Standard Preventative Maintenance & Repairs:

The Standard Preventative Maintenance & Repairs will be performed by CQ or a subcontractor approved by CQ according to established CQ procedures.  Standard service visits, when provided under this Contract, may include necessary cleaning, adjustments, verification, lubrication, parts replacement, or testing to restore the product to operating specifications, subject to the “Conditions of Service” (Section 6) of this Contract.  Labor, travel expenses, and selected consumable parts (list of parts available upon customer request) will be included during the Standard PM visit at no additional cost to the customer.
