Full Coverage Sciex LCMS Service and Maintenance Contract -Yearly

Full Coverage Package

This Contract program consist of one scheduled Standard PM visit with Extended Coverage per Service Contract year. All of the terms and conditions pertaining to the Standard PM (Section 4) as well as Conditions of Service (Section 6), apply to the Extended Coverage with Standard PM option Service Contract. All labor will be performed by CQ or its subcontractors according to established CQ procedure.  Also included in this Service Contract is a 6 month ion source and lens optics cleaning (1 per contract year).   All full coverage contracts for new customers are subject to inspection by a CQ engineer. Costs for pre-existing conditions such as but not limited to Detector replacement are the responsibility of the customer. For new customers coverage of turbo molecular pump starts 90 days after start of coverage. There is no 90 day delay for renewals.
